Who gets membership free?

Anyone who purchases an ATM from Goldstar and processes with us. Apply — we'll match you in our system and activate your complimentary membership, no payment needed.

What if I don't process with Goldstar yet?

Apply anyway. If approved, you'll receive a private payment link — $199 for a full year of member access. No automatic charges; we remind you before your year is up.

How long does the review take?

Usually within one business day. You'll get an email either way — and a welcome email with your login the moment your membership is activated.

When does my wholesale pricing kick in?

Immediately on activation. Your 10% discount applies automatically to everything in the store while you're logged in.

Can I shop without a membership?

You can browse the full catalog, but purchasing is reserved for members. It's called Members Only for a reason.

How do I manage my membership?

Your account dashboard shows your membership status, expiration date, orders, and member-exclusive content. Need a change? Call 855-242-2747.
